It’s truly amazing how much dedication anime fans have to their favorite series. Truly mindboggling! 
The following videos are hilarious, slightly disturbing videos where anime fans insert themselves into their favorite anime. I’ll give it to them for having the guts and resourcefulness to pull these off, but man, I can’t help but LAUGH MY HEAD OFF at some of these .
Neon Genesis Evangelion OP parody
Here’s a video of one Evangelion fan portraying every character who appears in the opening sequence for the anime. Take note of the tacky yet AWESOME cardboard Evangelion, and do try to ignore that one frame of him curled up naked in what appears to be a bowl of red jello!
(And also, without spoiling the anime, this brings the scene with Shinji and an unconscious Asuka in the hospital to a WHOLE NEW LEVEL of icky… )
Here’s a goofy take on Sailor Moon, complete with a jerky Sailor Moon, a Tuxedo Mask who looks like a reject from the 60s Batman, and-OH MY GOD THE CAT GET THAT CAT AWAY FROM ME
The comic timing on this Doraemon video is perfect! But, uh, Doraemon as a salaryman? And furthermore, a drunk, pissed off looking salaryman. Well, actually – that is AWESOME. Maybe !PissedOffDoraemon can better kick Nobita’s lazy ass into action than his jovial, cuddly counterpart.
The best part of this Fist of The North Star video is the FAKE TEARS sliding out of the boy’s eyes. Like spurts of CORRECTION FLUID.
